Kaitlin Edin has a passion for the medicine of acupuncture, moxa, and herbalism: a medicine of human focused transformation.
She began her studies informally in Japan in the late 90’s and completed her formal training in Australia in 2008. In 2013 she finished three years of extensive postgraduate skills based training in Meridian Therapy & Classical Acupuncture. She is now working towards certification with the Si Yuan Balance Method (Dr Tan) and deepening her studies in the Advanced Classical traditions. Ongoing studies include Ba Zi, and essential oil use in CM to address injury to the JingShen.
She has been in private practice since 2009 and has worked in a variety of clinical situations including group, team and research practice. She worked for a number of years in IVF support, Acupuncture research, Health Literacy projects and under RC Trial conditions.
Her approach is systematic, gentle and trauma informed. All treatments are individually tailored to address the cause of any issue that has brought people to seek treatment. She treats babies and children, as well as women and men across all stages of their lives.
Assisting people to reach and maintain their physical, emotional, neurological and cognitive wellbeing is the focus of all treatments.
Kaitlin is AHPRA Registered and listed will all private health funds. She uses HICAPS for rebate processing.
