I take solution-focused approach in coaching where we set practical goals that help you change unwanted habits, thoughts, and attitudes. Life coaching is a proactive change-focused process that also help you to learn skills for managing negative states and cultivate positive feelings, attitudes and habits that support sustainable health & wellbeing.
