Nadia Viglianti began her yoga journey in 1977. Nadia has trained extensively throughout Italy, India, USA, and Australia and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004.

Nadia’s yoga classes are a combination of yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing exercises, infused with a supporting guidance in developing a positive attitude toward yourself and the present moment. You will be inspired to take the teaching off the mat into your day to day life.

The classes conclude with the practice of Savasana (relaxation pose) in which you are guided into a deep relaxation, leaving you with a complete sense of wellbeing.

Nadia also teaches meditation and runs ‘learn to meditate’ courses throughout the year.

Nadia is a Registered Yoga Teacher and member of Yoga Australia Teachers Association. Nadia teaches each Monday and Wednesday evening a 7pm and leads our 90 Meditation Immersion on the 3rd Thursday of the month where you can explore a rainbow of techniques to calm the busy mind and come to a natural place of inner peace.
