I have been a remedial massage therapist since 1997. During this time I have massaged hundreds of people & have helped them feel better by reducing levels of pain & stress. These people have come from all walks of life. Tradies, office workers, retirees, elite athletes, holiday makers & hard workers in general. I have massaged at sporting events such as the Canberra Womens Tennis, two Herald Sun Cycling Tours, three Australian Ironman Triathlon Championships. I have also supported young up & coming athletes with a sponsorship program. ​I also have a lot of experience working on holidaymakers. This has included working in the NSW snow fields, TSS Fair Princess Cruise Ship & in my own clinic on the NSW south coast. I am constantly updating my knowledge & skills to ensure that you get the best massage possible.

Techniques involved in a remedial massage include myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point, myofascial cupping, gentle stretching, Rock Blades (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation & Rocktaping. During your treatment one or more of these techniques may be used.
