Australian by Nature Royal Jelly are easy to swallow soft gel capsules and the only natural source of 10H2DA (10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid). Excipients: Lecithin, Coconut oil-hydrogenated, Beeswax – yellow, Calcium carbonate, Soya oil, d-alpha-tocopherol.  
Capsule shell: Gelatin (Australian), Glycerol, Water-purified.
## Directions for Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your health care professional.
