Dr Edward Bach realised nearly 80 years ago that people were in need of a product to help with emergency situations in everyday life, and therefore created Rescue Remedy.

Rescue Remedy Spray contains Bach flower remedies that have been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, nervous tension, and calm nerves. Keep on top of your busy day, frustrating commute, difficult day at the office or approaching exam with Rescue Remedy.

The iconic yellow Dropper has been a favourite in Australia because it is convenient, discreet, and easy to use.

The Rescue Remedy formula is the same today as when it was first developed by Dr. Edward Bach more than 80 years ago.

Rock Rose for Fearlessness - Dr Bach identified the positive potential of Rock Rose for courage and presence of mind.

Impatiens for Patience – to help deal with irritating problems in a patient manner. The positive potential of Impatiens is less hastiness in both thought and action.

Clematis for Focus - the positive potential of Clematis is the ability to take a lively interest in your current environment.

Star of Bethlehem for Comfort - the positive potential of the Star of Bethlehem is the ability to be strong.

Cherry Plum for Composure - the positive potential of Cherry Plum is a keeping a serene mind and being able to think and act rationally.

## Directions for Use

Simply add two sprays directly to your tongue and repeat as often as required.
