Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately. **Adults**: Take 3 drops once a day, or as professionally prescribed. **Children 2-8 years**: Give 1-2 drops once a day, or as professionally prescribed. **Children 9-17 years:** Give 3 drops once a day, or as professionally prescribed. ## Warnings Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
