On the outside, this oral liquid formulation is packed with key ingredients to help maintain the health of skin, hair and nails and keep you looking your best. On the inside, Silica Liquid also helps support your collagen, joint cartilage and tendon health. It also maintains bone strength, mass and mineralisation in premenopausal women. This vegan, citrus-flavoured oral liquid provides convenience and ease of dosing. Adults: Take 5mL (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, mixed with water or your favourite juice. This will generally be what appears on the back of the packaging and should be formatted the same way. **Features of BioCeuticals Silica Liquid:** * Supports collagen formation and collagen health. * Supports hair health and nail health and strength. * Helps to maintain connective tissue health. * Supports skin health and skin integrity. * Supports bone health and also helps support bone density, strength and mineralisation in premenopausal women. * Helps to maintain joint cartilage health and tendon health. ## Ingredients **Each 5ml dose contains:** Silica colloidal anhydrous (silica) 150 mg equiv. to silicon 70 mg ## Directions for Use **Adults:** Take 5ml by measure (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
