## Description

Sleep Complex contains a premium Valerian extract to help reduce the time to fall asleep and relieves sleeplessness, and Zizyphus, which is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep.

**Features of SLeep Complex:**

*   Valerian reduces the amount of time to fall asleep and is traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to enhance sleep quality.
*   Valerian is also used in traditional western herbal medicine to promote refreshing sleep and to decrease nervous tension and restlessness.
*   Zizyphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep, as well as to relieve spontaneous sweating.
## Ingredients

Herbals:   Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa zizyphus extract dry conc. 450 mg Valeriana officinalis valerian extract dry conc. 375 mg Lavandula angustifolia lavender flower oil essential 2 mg
## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
