The key ingredient magnesium supports healthy muscle contraction and helps maintain magnesium levels in your body. Simply apply 5g to the affected areas up to three times a day. **Features of Ultra Muscleze Cream:** * Magnesium supports healthy muscle contraction function. * Magnesium supports muscle relaxation. * Ultra Muscleze® Cream helps to maintain magnesium levels in the body. * Paraben-free. ## Key Ingredients - Magnesium ## Ingredients **Each 1g contains:** Magnesium (as magnesium chloride hexahydrate) 167 mg equiv. to magnesium 20 mg Wintergreen oil 1 mg equiv. to methyl salicylate 940 micrograms Mentha arvensis (field mint) essential oil 1 mg equiv. to menthol 700 micrograms ## Directions for Use **Adults:** Massage 5g (approx. 1 metric teaspoon) to the affected area(s) up to three times a day, or as professionally prescribed. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Each 5g contains 100mg elemental magnesium. ## Warnings Always read the label and use only as directed.
