Double strength Bioglan Curcumin, helps relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis & reduces mild joint stiffness. Curcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric; furthermore, Bioglan Curcumin contains BioPerine, a black pepper extract shown to increase absorption of curcumin in the body more than curcumin alone.
