Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (1000 mg), Echinacea  
purpurea (echinacea) extract dry conc. 50 mg  
equiv. fresh herb top flowering 300 mg, Zinc  
gluconate (zinc 5 mg) 34.8 mg.

Allergen Contains: Sulphites
## Directions for Use

**Adults** – Take 1 tablet once a day.

**For added immune support from Echinacea:**

**Adults** – Take 1 tablet three times a day. For short-term use.

Disolve 1 tablet in a glass of water and drink immediately.

Contains benzoates, sorbates, sugars and sulfites
