## Description

Blackmores Co-Enzyme Q10 contains 75mg of Co-Enzyme Q10. It has been developed to maintain heart health & to help in the maintenance of healthy blood lipids.

Co-enzyme Q10 is an antioxidant enzyme that is found naturally concentrated in the heart muscle. CoQ10 levels naturally decline with age and supplementation helps maintain & support CoQ10 levels in the body. CoQ10 is an antioxidant and reduces free radical formed in the body.

## Directions for Use

**Adults**

Take 2 capsules daily to support energy levels, heart and blood vessel health

Take 1 capsule daily to support CoQ10 levels in the body

**Children under 18 years** – only as professionally prescribed

Not to be taken if on warfarin therapy without medical advice. May occasionally cause mild gastrointestinal symptoms.
