## Directions for Use

**Adults**  
**To help prevent magnesium deficiency:**

*   Women - 9 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)
*   Men - 11 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)

**Children under 18** - only as professionally prescribed
## Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Do not take more than 3 tablets at one time unless professionally prescribed.
