## Description

Blackmores Omega Triple Super Strength Fish Oil, provides three times the amount of omega-3 per capsule to relieve inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis. These capsules provide 3 times the amount of fish oil as compared to Blackmores Standard fish oil capsules.

All Blackmores fish oil is extracted from 100% wild caught small fish. The specialised extraction process ensures purified, high quality oil that is rigorously tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.  
\*Blackmores standard fish oil capsule contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA

Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1.5 g (1500 mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 900 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360 mg.
## Directions for Use

**As an omega-3 supplement and for heart health:**

**Adults -** Take 1 capsule once a day.

**To help maintain healthy blood fats:**

**Adults -** Take 2 capsules once a day.

**For mild joint inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis:**

**Adults -** Take 3 capsules once a day.

To be taken with food.
