These pregnancy & breastfeeding capsules by Blackmores, have 20 vital nutrients including folic acid, iron, DHA and vitamin D to support a healthy pregnancy for mums and babies.

It also contains iodine and vitamin D3, with supporting nutrients for babies. Furthermore, the omega-3 DHA in these capsules support your baby’s brain and nervous system development. The iron used in these capsules is a low constipation iron which is gentler on your digestive system.

## Directions for Use

**Adults** – Take 2 capsules a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect / spina bifida, seek medical advice. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 μg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Drink plenty of water.
