## Description

Bonvit Psyllium husks, are a natural source of soluble dietary fibre. It helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels and can provide gentle relief from constipation.

Psyllium husks come from the Psyllium seed; it is gluten free & ideal for a low carb diet. It also help in maintaining a healthy digestive system.

Bonvit Psyllium Husks mixed with 300ml of cool water or juice, is a refreshing, delicious way to include healthy, soluble dietary fibre from Psyllium in your diet.

## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Take 5g (approximately two 5ml metric spoonful) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150ml) of cool water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately.

An additional glass of water is helpful. If not swallowed immediately a gel will form which you can eat or mix with yoghurt fruits or breakfast food.

**Children 8-12 years:** Give 2.5g (one 5ml metric teaspoonful) daily mixed as above.
## Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Should only be used for children on medical advice.
## Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
