## Description

Magnesium+ Arnica Pain Relief Heat Cream by Brauer has ingredients that may help relieve mild muscle aches & pains and mild joint pain & swelling as used in western herbal medicine.

It has been formulated to provide a penetrating heat without the burning sensation of some heat creams. This cream has a combination of ingredients like Arnica Montana, methyl silicate and menthol. Finally, cream also has the ingredient Ruta graveolens which is traditionally used in Homeopathic Medicine to relieve muscle cramps

These ingredients have been used in western herbal medicine and homeopathic medicine to:

*   Reduce symptoms of muscle injury
*   Relieve mild joint aches & pain
*   Enhance bruise healing
*   Menthol has been used as an analgesic to relieve pain in western herbal medicine
*   Methyl salicylate is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce mild joint inflammation and swelling
*   Relieve muscle aches and soreness

## Ingredients

**Each 1 g cream contains:** Arnica montana liquid extract 125mg From dry flower 25mg Menthol 60mg Methyl salicylate 65mg Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 169.5mg Equiv. Magnesium 20mg Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C 2mg
## Directions for Use

**Adults Only:** Apply a thin layer (Approx. 1 g) onto affected area and gently massage until absorbed into skin.

Repeat 5 times daily. Wash hands immediately after use.
## Warnings

Always read the labeland follow the directions for use. This product is a homoeopathic preperation of Ruta graveolens. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you are sensitive for any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist please contact your healthcare professional.

**Do not use if you are -** breastfeeding, or pregnant or likely to become pregnant. do not use this product in children 6 years of age or less. avoid contact with eyes. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin  irritation, application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight, avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. contains alcohol ­ethanol 10.9% v/v‑, methyl salicylate, sorbates ­potassium sorbate‑ and antimicrobial preservative imidurea. do not use if foil seal on tube opening is broken.
