## Ingredients

Dextrose Monohydrate, Creatine Monohydrate, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Minerals (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride), Glycine, Natural Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Taurine, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Colours (102, 133). May be present: milk, soy.
## Directions for Use

Add: 40g (2 level scoops (setting of the product occurs over time. The scoop is included as a guide only. We recommend weighing the serve if accuracy is required)) into 300-600mL of cold water. Mix: well with a shaker and consume immediately, once daily. When: May be consumed before, during or after exercise.

Use contents within 6 weeks of opening. Use as directed to avoid the possibility of gastrointestinal discomfort. This product should be consumed with an appropriate fluid intake.
## Warnings

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women: should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
