## Ingredients

Dextrose Monohydrate, Creatine Monohydrate, Minerals (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride), Food Acids (Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid), Natural Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Taurine, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Colour (124). May be present: milk, soy
## Directions for Use

Add: 40g (2 level scoops) into 300-600mL of cold water. Mix: well with a shaker and consume immediately, once daily. When: May be consumed before, during or after exercise.

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women: Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. This product is not to be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep well sealed when not in use and avoid exposure to moisture. Use contents within 6 weeks of opening.
