## Ingredients

BSc Property fast & slow protein blend (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, whey powder), proprietary fast & slow carbohydrate blend (non-fat dry milk powder, maltodextrin {corn-based}, dextrose monohydrate), proprietary growth & muscle volumizer amino blend (creatine monohydrate, glycine, glutamine), flavours, sweetner (sucralose), emulsifier (soy lecithin).Contains milk, milk products and soybean\* products. \*A small amount of soy lecithin is added during manufacturing to make the protein powder instantised, which makes it easy to mix. Lecithin is a natural plant derivative.
## Directions for Use

Add 60g (2 scoops) into 300ml of water. Mix it well and consume immediately.
