## Ingredients

Acetyl L Carnitine hydrochloride, Camellia sinensis (Green Tea), Coffea canephora, Chromic chloride hexahydrate (Chromium), Potassium iodide (Iodine), Nicotinic Acid (Vitamin B3), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Bacopa monnieri, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Garcinia gummi-gutta, Juglans regia (English walnut), Caffeine anhydrous.Contains sucralose, sulfites and tree nuts (English Wallnut)
## Directions for Use

Shake or Dissolve 10g (two scoops) in 300 mL of cold water, consume immediately. Low caffeine: Dissolves 5g (one level scoop) in 300 mL of cold water, consume immediately. Allow at least 3 hours between doses or as advised by your health professional.
## Warnings

Adults only. Do not use if: sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any unpleasant effects whilst taking this product. Contains 100 mg total caffeine per 10 g serving. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Contains sucralose, sulfites and tree nuts.
