## Description

Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic and disinfectant, which is effective against a wide range of bacteria. It has a foaming emollient base and is used for cleaning and disinfecting of the skin prior to surgery.
## Ingredients

Active - Chlorhexidine 4% solution
## Directions for Use

*   Should be applied and lathered all over the body
*   Special attention should be paid to skin folds and crevices, hair and hairy areas, nose, navel and proposed operation site. The body should then be rinsed well and dried using a clean towel.
## Warnings

Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.

**Do not use**

*   if you are allergic to chlorhexidine gluconate or any other ingredients
*   in contact with meninges
*   in the genital area
*   as a preoperative skin preparation of the head or face
*   Do not mix with other chemicals or detergents. Please consult your physician before you use this. Not to be used as a regular body wash.
*   Keep out of reach of children
