## Description

Deep Heat patches provide up to 12 hours of temporary, targeted, soothing pain relief from menstrual cramps, period, and muscle pains of the abdomen and lower back. These heat patches provide soothing relief, and are odourless, can be applied to your skin directly and can be worn under your clothing.

Deep Heat Patches work by increasing blood flow to the affected area providing more oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process and helps restore movement.

Patches activate within 60 seconds and provide penetrating warmth for up to 12 hours. It’s important to remember that these patches should not be worn during sleep or prolonged pressure should not be applied against them.

## Directions for Use

OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TO USE AS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED.

Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch & apply to the affected area, adhesive side on to clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Each patch is for single use only.
## Warnings

Always read the label. Use only as directed. If your symptoms continue or worsen, please visit your healthcare practitioner.

DO NOT:

*   use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.
*   use on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling.
*   use on infants, children, or persons unable to remove the patch on their own.
*   use with other skin medications or other heat sources.
*   bandage over the patch.
*   cut, massage, or fold the patch.
*   attempt to reheat or microwave.
*   use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch.
*   use if product is punctured or torn.

All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If swallowed seek medical help. If contents of the patch come into contact with the skin or eyes rinse immediately with water & seek medical help. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage or a skin condition.
