Colecalciferol 25 micrograms equiv. Vitamin D3 1000IU
## Directions for Use

**Recommended use:**

**Adults:** Take 0.2 ml (1 spray) by mouth, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Spray directly into the inner cheek or under the tongue and hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
