Including the proprietary extracts Shoden®, Sensoril® and NooGandha®, TriGandha™ offers 60 mg of withanolides per capsule from both root and whole plant extracts.

Withania somnifera has traditionally been used as a rejuvenating tonic, helping the body to adapt to stress and as a nerve tonic.

## Directions for Use

**Recommended use:**

Adults: Take 2 capsules per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
