Usage Directions:

Recommended use:

Adults, mix 7g (one level scoop) of the chocolate flavoured powder into 200ml of water or your preferred milk and consume immediately. Take the Lemon Lemonade powder with 200ml water and consume immediately. Take once daily an hour before bed or as directed by your healthcare professional.
