## Description

Elevit Pre-conception & Pregnancy Multivitamin provides additional vitamins and minerals to support women's nutritional needs through all stages of planning a family. Elevit is formulated to provide additional vitamins and minerals to help meet the increased nutritional needs of mothers-to-be and help provide her growing baby with nutritional support throughout its whole development.
## Ingredients

**Active ingredients:** Folic acid 800mcg, Iodine (as potassium iodine) 220mcg, Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 60mg, Vitamin D3 1000IU 25mcg, Vitamine B1 (thiamine as thiamine nitrate) 1.4mg, Vitamin B2 1.4mg, Vitamin B3 18mg, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) 6mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9mg, Vitamin B7 30mcg, Vitamin B12 2.5mcg, Vitamin C 85mg, Vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 18.7mg, Calcium (as calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium pantothenate and calcium carbonate) 125mg, Copper (as cupric sulfate) 1mg, Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide and magnesium stearate) 100mg, Manganese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.9mg, Selenium (as sodium selenite) 50mcg, Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 11mg.

## Directions for Use

Take 1 tablet daily while trying to conceinve and throughout pregnancy. It is important to take Elevit daily for 4 weeks prior to conception (or as directed by your healthcare professional). Take the whole tablet with water and preferably a meal. If suffering morning sickness it is recommended to take Elevit at midday or in the evening.
## Warnings

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
