**Each Tablet contains:**

Silybum marianum dry fruit extract 200mg from dry fruit (Milk Thistle) 14g

Schisandra chinensis dry fruit extract 375mg from dry fruit (Schisandra) 1.5g

Curcuma longa dry rhizome extract 50mg from dry rhizome (BCM-95™ Turmeric) 1.3g

Rosmarinus officinalis dry leaf extract 200mg from dry leaf (Rosemary) 1g

Taurine 500mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg

Folic acid 200 micrograms

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 micrograms

Selenomethionine 186 micrograms - Equiv. Selenium 75 micrograms
## Directions for Use

**To maintain healthy liver function:** Take 1 tablet daily.

**To support liver detoxification:** Take 2 tablets daily.

Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
## Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. \[Contains vitamin B6\].

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
