## Description

Flordis Legalon capsules support liver health to relieve weariness, feelings of weakness & fatigue. It supports the body’s healthy detoxification processes. The capsules contain clinically researched extract of _Silybum marianum_ (Milk thistle).

This unique formula, in clinical studies has shown to support healthy liver function by exhibiting an antioxidant action. It also helps with anti-inflammatory processes, decreases abdominal feeling of fullness and helps relieve nausea.

**Each capsule contains extract equivalent to dry:**  

Specific extract of _Silybum marianum_ (Milk thistle) (MZ 80) 180 mg equiv. to dry fruit 7.2 g standardised  
to silymarin 140 mg
## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as advised by a health professional.

For best results take Legalon for a minimum of 2 months, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
