## Description

Vanilla flavoured Glucerna shake is a delicious easy-to-prepare health shake, specifically formulated for people with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance that should be used under medical supervision.

This formula provides complete and balanced nutrition to help manage blood glucose levels. This makes it the healthier option compared with skipped meals or high GI snacks. (Formulated for people with prediabetes and diabetes, as part of a diabetes management plan including diet and exercise.)

## Directions for Use

To prepare a 237ml serving, put 200ml of cooled water into a glass. Gradually add 5 pressed scoops (enclosed) or 52.1g of Glucerna powder while stirring and mix until dissolved.

An 850g can of powder gives you approximately 16 × 237ml servings.
