Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)- 100mg. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride- 20mg, Equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)- 16.5mg. Manganese Amino Acid Chelate- 30mg, Equiv. to Manganese- 6mg. Selenomethionine- 50mcg,  Equiv. to Selenium- 20mcg.
## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 VegeCapsule daily Best taken with food or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. Take in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.
## Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. May be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
