Just add the included natural flavour sachet with water into the bag to hydrate. ## Ingredients

Plant-based Protein (94.6%) (Wheat Gluten, Wheat flour), Seasoning (5.4%) (Yeast Extract, Natural Flavour, Salt, Tapioca starch).
## Directions for Use

1.  Open bag and remove flavour sachet.
2.  Add 1L water with flavour into bag with protein
3.  Seal bag and gently shake to dissolve flavour
4.  Squeeze excess air from bag and reseal to ensure full contact with water
5.  Place bag in fridge for 4 hours to allow proteins to absorb flavour and water
6.  After 4 hours, drain excess water from bag
7.  Add 2tbsp of vegetable oil to protein, seal the bag and shake gently to mix.
8.  Protein is ready to cook.

  
Suggested Preparation:

Product must be hydrated and fully cooked before eating. Cooking times are a guide and may vary based on your appliance. Sear proteins in a hot pan with oil for 4-6 minutes, stiring every 1-2 minutes until evenly browned all over. Season well with salt and pepper. Allow protein to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. Serve hot or cold.

## Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Once rehydrated store refridgerated below 5 degrees and use within 7 days.
