## Description

Healthy Care Garcinia Cambogia extract, helps maintain healthy body weight and helps maintain and promote general health & wellbeing.

It can be taken as a supplement to maintain the body's metabolism as part of a healthy weight management program in combination with a healthy diet and exercise.
## Ingredients

**Each capsule contains:**

Garcinia cambogia (Garcinia gummi-gutta) ext. equiv. to fruit rind 5g (5000mg).
## Directions for Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily half an hour before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

**Medicines and supplements containing Garcinia gummi-gutta (Garcinia cambogia) or hydroxycitric acid (HCA) may cause liver injury in rare cases. This risk extends to other HCA ingredients like Garcinia quaesita, hydroxycitrate complex, and forms of hydroxycitrate. Stop using these products and seek medical advice if you experience symptoms such as yellow skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weakness, abdominal pain, or loss of appetite. People with liver conditions should avoid Garcinia-related ingredients.**
