Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome extract dry conc. 75mg

equiv. to dry rhizome 1.5 g

standardised to contain Curcuminoids 48.75mg

Heavy magnesium oxide 165.81mg

equiv. to Magnesium 100mg

Magnesium amino acid chelate 200mg

equiv. to Magnesium 40mg

Magnesium citrate 453.07mg

equiv. to Magnesium 70mg

Total elemental Magnesium 210mg

Piper nigrum (black pepper) fruit extract dry conc. 5.26mg

equiv. to dry fruit 131.5mg

standardised to contain Piperine 5mg

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soybean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

Contains residual sulfites.
## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Children under 8 years old: Only as professionally prescribed.
## Warnings

In rare cases, curcumin (Turmeric extract) may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing ski/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching

If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Should be used in conjunction with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
