## Directions for Use

**IsoWhey GLP-1 Support Nutrition Shake Vanilla Ice Cream 480g**  
Add 200 mL of cold skim milk into a shaker. Add two level scoops (40 g) of powder and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.  
Consume 1–3 servings daily.

Add 2 teaspoons to at least ½ cup (125 mL) of liquid and stir well until dissolved.  
**Adults and children 12 years and over:** Take 2 teaspoons three times daily.  
Do not exceed 8 teaspoons per day. Drink plenty of water.
