## Description

Macro Lecithin Granules can be used as a thickener for soups and gravy, or as a substitute for egg yolks in your home cook recipes. You can also combine water, oil, and lecithin granules to make your own mayo and dressings - a little sprinkle goes a long way. 

Soy Lecithin granules have a natural, slightly nutty taste and aroma. They are a pale, yellow colour with a soft, sticky texture and can be sprinkled over breakfast foods or savoury dishes. They’re a good source of fibre for a happy gut, and contain omega-3 fatty acids.
