# **SuperNutraceuticals Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg Capsules**

Free from gluten, lactose, dairy, soy, caffeine and artificial colours. 

**Overview:**

*   Helps relieve muscle aches, cramps and spasms
*   Supports healthy stress response in the body
*   Glycine promotes healthy sleep

**How to use:**

_**Adults:**_ Take 1 capsule by mouth ONE to TWO times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do NOT exceed 2 capsules per day. 

**Warnings:** 

*   Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement if you have any type of kidney disease. 
*   Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 

**Side effects:**

Magnesium Glycinate is generally very well tolerated.

Stomach upset and diarrhoea may occur particularly at higher doses. 

**Ingredients:**

*   _**Active ingredients:**_ Magnesium Glycinate 1000 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of elemental Magnesium)
*   _**Inactive Ingredients:**_ Cellulose (Microcrystalline)
