## Description

Melrose Organic Sacha Inchi Oil is one of the highest plant-based sources of omega-3 making it an excellent vegan alternative to fish oil.

Sacha Inchi oil has been consumed in Peru as part of a traditional Inca diet for 3000 years and the plant is native to the rainforest of the Andean region of South America.

## Directions for Use

Best used by drizzling over warm and cold dishes or adding to smoothies for a nutritional boost. Melrose Organic Sacha Inchi Oil has a pleasant, mild and nutty flavour.  
Drizzle over salads, as a finishing oil and to add to smoothies.  
Smoke point - low. Can be heated to approximately 160°C.

Use as directed. Always read the label, incorrect use could be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.
