Each tablet contains: Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg Mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate 50mg Zinc amino acid chelate (MetaZn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 125mg Equivalent Zinc 25mg Lutein 5.0mg Potassium iodide 196 micrograms Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms Selenomethionine 250 micrograms Equivalent Selenium 100 micrograms Dry herbal extracts: Withania somnifera, (Withania), root 180mg Derived from dry root 4.5 g Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), fruit 44mg Derived from dry fruit 2.0 g Zingiber officinale (Ginger), rhizome 25mg Derived from dry rhizome 1.0 g
## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
## Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. \[Contains vitamin B6\]. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
