## Description

Microshield 2 Chlorhexidine Skin Cleanser with emollient and moisturiser is a topical antiseptic solution. This antimicrobial skin cleanser with 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate is meant for use in hand washing, pre-operative body washing and showering.  It is commonly used at clinical sinks and in patient bathrooms for showering.

**Features of Microshield 2 Chlorhexidine Skin Cleanser:**

*   Topical antiseptic solution.
*   Enriched with emollient and moisturiser.
*   For hand washing, body washing and showering.
## Ingredients

Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% w/v (equivalent to Chlorhexidine 11.3g/L) and Tartrazine.
## Directions for Use

Use undiluted.

**Antimicrobial Hand Washing:** 

Deliver 5ml onto wet hands. Wash for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

**Preoperative Body washing and showering:**        

Wet body. Deliver sufficient product to work up a lather. Wash as usual, avoiding the ears and eyes. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
## Warnings

Always read the label. Use as directed.

For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. If in eyes, rinse well with water. Mild irritation may occur; stop use if it becomes severe.

Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children.
