Pectin is a soluble prebiotic fibre naturally found in apples commonly picked for its use in jam making due to its gelling effects. It can also be used in cooking and baking thanks to its thickening properties.

## Directions for Use

Mix 5 g (approx. 1 heaped tsp.) of Morlife Apple Pectin into smoothies, juices or water. Alternatively use in cooking and baking for its thickening properties, particularly jam.

**Naturopath Tip:** When enjoying Apple Pectin in water or juice, add the powder to the liquid in a shaker and shake vigorously to avoid clumping
