**Each serve contains:**

Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride 150MG

Levocarnitine tartrate 2.2G

\- Equiv. levocarnitine 1.5G

Choline bitartate 1G

Inositol 50MG

Tyrosine 100MG

Riboflavin (vitamin b2) 3MG

Chromic chloride hexahydrate equivalent to chromium 200mcg

Potassium iodide equivalent to iodine 135mcg

Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf dry extract 200mg

\- Equiv. camellia sinensis leaf dry 5g

\- Equiv. caffeine 5mg

Acidity regulators, natural flavours, artifical sweetener, sweetener
## Directions for Use

Serve size = 9g (1 level scoop)

**Adults -** Add 1 serve to 250mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.

Take 1-2 serves daily, ideally prior to training, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
## Warnings

Adults only. Do not use if: sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any unpleasant effects whilst taking this product. Contains 100 mg total caffeine per 10 g serving. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product.
