## Directions for Use

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 hard capsule twice a day with water or as directed by your health professional.

Contains soya bean products. Contains propolis. Propolis may cause allergic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use. Not suitable for children. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant, or while breastfeeding.
