## Ingredients

Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Rhizome Root Powder 680mg, Zingiber Officinalis (Ginger) Root Powder 50mg, Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper) Ruit Powder 5mg.
## Directions for Use

Take two capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Four capsules per day is equivalent to consuming one teaspoon of turmeric.
## Warnings

In rare cases, curcumin (Turmeric extract) may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing ski/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching

Caution Keep out of reach of children, do not use if the seal is broken,  
Due to Turmeric’s anti-coagulant properties, it is advised to stop using 2 weeks scheduled surgery. 

  
Turmeric should not be taking other alongside blood-thinning medications without the permission of health practitioner.
