    *   From minimum 15 mg dry stigma
*   **Choline Bitartrate** – 60.78 mg
    *   Equivalent to Choline – 25 mg
*   **Inositol** – 50 mg
*   **Methionine** – 100 mg
*   **Taurine** – 50 mg
*   **Alpha Lipoic Acid** – 75 mg
*   **Pyridoxine Hydrochloride** – 12.16 mg

## Directions for Use

Take one capsule twice daily with water.
