## Description

The average healthy adult has around 3mm of cartilage to cushion the joints in the knee, but a lifetime of use can take its toll on cartilage. A reduction in cartilage may lead to mild pain and reduced joint mobility.

Naturally occurring in the body, glucosamine is one of the key building blocks of cartilage and synovial fluid. Synovial fluid plays a role in joint elasticity, strength and cartilage lubrication. This product may assist with some symptoms associated with mild osteoarthritis such as:

*   Reduces mild joint stiffness
*   Maintains joint mobility

## Ingredients

*   Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 628mg, equivalent to Glucosamine Sulfate 500mg
*   Bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate 266.7mg
*   Ascorbic Acid ( Vitamin C) 35mg
*   Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate 26.66mg) 3.5mg

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, or dairy products.
## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 3 tableta daily with food or as recommended by your health professional.
