## Ingredients

Natural Fish Oil 1000mg (1g), equivalent to Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides 300mg

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products.
## Directions for Use

Adults: 

*   For mild rheumatic pain: take 3 capsules three times daily with food
*   For heart, brain & eye health: take 3 capsules two times daily with food
*   For general wellbeing: take 3 capsules daily with food
