Nature’s Sunshine has the herb Dong Quai, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to manage irregular menstrual cycle & to help relive period pain

## Ingredients

Angelica polymorpha (Dong quai) root powder 520mg

## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Take 2 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
