Nature’s sunshine lower bowel stimulant is a natural laxative with 9 herbal ingredients that help relieve constipation and enhance healthy digestive function.

These capsules, contain 100% plant powder with no additional fillers or binders, it also supports blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (hands, legs and feet)

## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Take two capsules twice daily with at least one glass (250ml) of water, or as professionally prescribed.
## Warnings

Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding. Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Use in children under 12 is not recommended.
